Yes. FNSKU labels, polybag, carton marks and delivery booking to the FBA warehouse — tell us the warehouse code before packing.

Stock styles: report quality issues within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we replace or credit. Custom runs: approved samples are final, no returns after sign-off.

Once the claim is approved, the credit is issued within 3–5 working days; your bank may take another 5–10 working days to show it.

Yes, for another colour or size of the same style, subject to stock. Return freight is on the buyer unless the fault is ours.
