Two Ways to Pay: Stock Online, Custom by Invoice
Stock orders are paid on the website. Custom orders are quoted and invoiced — the website never takes a custom deposit.
Ready Stock
- Fixed price per piece, EXW
- PayPal or bank transfer at checkout
- 10 pcs minimum per combination
- Freight quoted after packing
Custom Runs
- 30% deposit + 70% before dispatch
- Sample fee deducted from bulk
- T/T for bulk; PayPal for small samples if agreed
- No payment on the website
Stock Timeline

Stock styles are priced per piece, EXW. Pay by PayPal or bank transfer at checkout.
- 02Packing
We confirm colours, carton marks and send the packing list.
- 03Freight and dispatch
Courier, air or sea quoted against packed weight; tracking follows dispatch.
Custom Timeline

Send spec and quantity — no payment at this stage.
- 02Quote
Fixed price per piece, MOQ, lead time and freight options.
- 03Sample
Sample fee invoiced; deducted from the bulk order.
- 04Deposit
30% deposit by T/T before bulk production starts.
- 05Balance
70% before dispatch, after QC photos are approved.

Can I pay by PayPal for a custom order?
Custom runs are invoiced by T/T. PayPal fees on large invoices are high; smaller samples can be paid by PayPal if agreed in the quote.
Is freight included in the price?
No. Prices are EXW. Freight is quoted once packing is confirmed, because it depends on packed weight and destination.
Can I get a proforma invoice?
Yes — for T/T orders we issue a proforma with bank details before payment.
What currency are prices in?
USD by default. Other currencies can be quoted on request; the invoice currency is fixed in the quote.
