Orders and payment

Stock orders are quoted EXW. Custom orders run quote → sample → 30% deposit → 70% before dispatch. Payment methods are confirmed on the quotation.

Samples and lead times

Sampling and bulk lead times are confirmed per order in writing. Freight is quoted after packing.

Colour and material variance

Textile colour can vary slightly between dye lots and screens; approved lab dips or samples define the reference.
